Currently, the CrossFit Stafford Box is open from 5-7AM and again from 5-7PM for WODs. On of 1 August we'll adding WODS and will also be open from 9AM-Noon. -M-F: Approx 30 minutes per class. WAIVER OF LIABILITY
**Beginning 28 August anyone interested in joining us must complete a 4 hour RAMP-UP session covering CrossFit fundamentals with our coaches before working out with us. (The only exceptions will be those people already familiar with CrossFit who have a coaches letter/email). The Ramp up session is to ensure that new athletes have a good understanding of, and can complete the CrossFit foundational movements in a safe manner.**
The 1st RAMP-UP session will be from 8AM-Noon Saturday 28 August 2010.
Future RAMP-UP Sessions will be on the 4th Saturday of every month from from 8AM-Noon.
You must fill out a waiver form prior to exercising with us. You'll save time if you print out the form at the bottom of the page and fill it out before hand.
Athletes, make sure you arrive early, warm up ready to go at your start time. We're sorry, but we can't hold the WOD waiting. Please make every attempt to get their before your WOD begins.

-10 People per class (approx)
-If class size is reduced other students may join on a monthly basis provided they are approved by the coach as physically qualified.
-Enrollment is on a first come - first serve basis. (You must be over 16 and have parental permission to participate).
