10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 reps of:
Tire Flips,
Burpees,
Stability Ball hands to feet (or row situps),
and each round 100 meter sprint

The 7-8-2010 WOD was my hardest yet. I looked forward to it since I like tire flips, but my cardio is horrible. The burpees did me in after 10-9-8-7. I could do no more and almost puked.
A word of advice for everyone, I let me myself go for 3 years and gained nearly 60 lbs. I'm in the worst shape ever. NEVER let yourself go!!! Put health and fitness at the top of your priority list. Its like eating and showering, you do it everyday as your normal part of life.
