CrossFit Stafford WOD Schedule
As of 1 Oct 2011 we offer 8 daily (M-F) WOD times.
If the WOD isn't full we will add new members along the way at the monthly rate.
As we continue to grow we will consider adding WOD times if we have enough athletes to make it worthwhile for everyone.
Monday-Friday WODs go at the following times:
5AM (open for warm ups)
5:10 AM WOD
5:30 AM WOD
6:00 AM WOD
8:15 AM (open for warm ups)
8:30 AM WOD
9:15 AM WOD
5:15 PM (open for warm ups)
5:30 PM WOD
6:00 PM WOD
6:30 PM WOD (*New Time Added)
10 spots available for each group WOD M-F.
Sat OPEN WODs 9-11AM. (For make-ups and extra credit)
You must complete the CrossFit Stafford RAMP-UP session and/or have a coaches assessment prior to training with us.

Good Gouge (Info)
Our WODs are generally 30 minutes or less.
Arrive early and warm-up on your own before class begins.
Workouts will start promptly at the time scheduled.
(Plan on doing an extra 25 Burpees if you're late)
