Jan. 22nd 1pm – 3pm to find out how you can use food to lose weight AND/OR gain muscle mass. &lt;BR&gt;3- Athletes are measured for body composition and tested for performance (WOD Cindy).&lt;BR&gt;4- At the end of six weeks (17 March).
